1. What we collect and how we use it?
When referring to "personal information", we mean information we collect from you, from which you may be personally identified. Typically, this may include your name, address, telephone number (including mobile number), credit card information, email address, age, sex and family status, but may also include other information such as shopping habits and preferences and lifestyle details such as hobbies and interests. Please be assured that we will not collect any personal data from your visits to our website unless you provide this information voluntarily.
In certain sections of the website you are asked to provide personal information. The personal information is used by us for the purpose(s) stated on the website. Typical purposes are as follows:
(i) Answering your queries
Where you send us personal information in the context of asking us a question or query (for example, about the company, or its products or services or their quality or availability), we shall use the information you provide in order to respond to your question. 2. To whom may Unilever supply Personal Information?

(i) Use of cookies
You may have heard of "cookies", which are files or pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We may use cookies or similar devices to collect other information during your visit to our website, such as the particular website areas you visit and the services you utilise through our website. We collect this information to better tailor our website and our products to your interests and needs. Cookies may also be used to help speed up your future activities at our website.
